Why I Built Ripcord

Ripcord.io was born out of real pain. While running a sales team at Kunversion, we learned the hard way that most revenue depends on a few top reps—and that’s not scalable. Traditional tools like Zoom and CRMs don’t help reps sell; they just record what already happened. Ripcord flips that model by turning the meeting itself into sales infrastructure—guiding reps, supporting them live, automating follow-up, and removing dependency on hero performers. The result is predictable revenue, faster ramp time, and a sales system that works out of the box.
